About: One of the best views of downtown, this upscale restaurant is a perfect place for a date or when you have guest in town.

More info: Many restaurants can only offer good food OR a good view, but The C-Level does neither, it offers a terrific view AND a terrific meal! Definitely a pricer dinner but the food is not unreasonable by any means. For a normal entree estimate anywhere from $15-$35. When I called in they said no reservations* so expect a bit of a wait time if you want a table outside (and you do want a table outside), but they do have a full bar and large entry area to wait. I would try and arrive at the restaurant an hour or so before the sun sets, so you can view it out on the water. When we were there, the marine layer had just come in and blocked the sun set but the view of downtown was still gorgeous.
I also noticed that a lot of there vegetables and ingredients are locally grown which I think speaks a lot about the integrity of the restaurant.
The two most popular items on the menu are the lobster truffle Mac & Cheese, and the Lobster & Fontina BLT Sandwich. Once you have one bite of either you will understand why they have become so popular.
*According to there website you can make reservations online, but I don't know if you can choose where you want to sit.

I tried here once for my parent's anniversary. The steak was awesome, and the scenery was amazing. The waitress was also very nice! The only complaint? Prom.

Because of the occasion, it was also pretty loud.
